This policy explains what information Divorced Dads Network collects, how it's used, and how it's protected.

What we collect

• Your email address and password, to create and secure your account.
• The chat file you upload, and the real names you provide so they can be replaced before any analysis happens.
• Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

How your chat is processed

• Real names are replaced with placeholder names before any AI ever processes your conversation.
• Your redacted conversation is sent to Anthropic (the maker of Claude) for analysis. Anthropic acts as a data processor and does not use your data to train its models.
• Your original uploaded file is stored encrypted for 30 days, then permanently deleted. Analysis results are kept until you delete your account.

Who can access your data

As the operator of this app, we technically have the ability to access data stored in our systems. We do not use this to read your conversations, and access is limited to what's necessary to operate and maintain the service.

Your rights

• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
• You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.

Third parties we use

• Anthropic — AI analysis of your (redacted) conversation.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Railway — hosting and database infrastructure.
